instead of drilling the rivets...use a die grinder and cut the head in an "x" shape...cut as far down as you can without hitting the control arm and then take a air hammer and cut them off...alot easier than drilling...
People suck.

I've never seen a Duratec with valve reliefs in the pistons. I assume this is an 04 motor. You might want to clay those 2.5 heads to make sure you have clearance.
