Agreed. If you take it to the dealer, they will charge you at least $40 to hook it up and say "nope, can't see anything wrong." Or, if by some miracle they do agree that the IAC is failing, they'll charge you way too much for labor. I just changed the IAC on my Sport on Sunday. It was easier than an oil change and took only about 20 minutes. What cost me about $60 for the part could've cost me $150+ at the dealership.
