Actually there's Moral law, the one that typically is called our 'conscience', that kicks in when you are deciding if something is right or wrong(and it's not dependant in being raised with a "belief"). What I'm finding all-the-more-so is that people's consciences are being seered and their moral laws have lessened. Examples of that are found and subsequent heresy of certain things: gay priests, or children exploited or children expoilting other children (like I heard on the news today ) and the amount of cheating and lying (Enron, tobacco comp., 50%divorce rate, etc etc)
