Pedophilia, Necrophilia, Zoophilia, etc, all are subject to a multitude of reasons why they were made illegal at some point in time. Everything judging from harmful abuse to non-consent. The only reason that Homosexual marriage is illegal is because of a belief structure. There are no other laws or precluding reasons why it should be illegal.
I will grant you that Incestual Relationships could have a potentially stronger leg to stand on if gay marriage is legalized. Incest is primarily only illegal because of a belief structure as well. The assumed abusive state of the relationship would be difficult to prove and the birth defect possibility wouldn't hold water as many non-sibling couples have equal or higher risk of birth defects in their children.
