The difference being in the three groups you mentioned here, there is a clear victim- one who cannot neither accept or reject the advances of the other party involved. You're also dealing with groups of people who are usually deranged in one way, shape, or form. There is strong obsession and mental illness associated. And, in some ways, it IS a "life choice." Being gay is NOT a choice, no matter how you try to argue that.
Yet the gay community gives groups like NAMBLA credibility by allowing them to march in Gay Pride parades. Giving them that and a voice is the first step to allowing them to claim legitimacy.
