this is all just a battle of opinions. Its the publicly elected politicians and law makers that are either for or against this and they take sides based on how many votes that they think that they may gain or loose based upon their decision.
Its all a bunch of politics, therefore its all a bunch of BS.
I'm happy to see that MA has decided to take its head out of its azz.
