I got a set and couldnt find the right fittings to get in those tight spaces on the rear subframe
Any help would be great!

Same answer, but about half the cost.

half the cost of 250?

From BAT pre98 is about $150 each side, post 98 is like $75.

Less than that. It's about $37/each on post 1998.5. I found them on www.genuine-ford-parts.com. I replaced both of mine when replacing the wheel bearings. It was very little incremental work to do both at the same time.

Not on any. Less pricey on the later cars, though.

As usual, the best source is Signature LM. I think it's around $250 for the set, vs over $300 at BAT.

Does anyone know what a dealer would charge to change out the control arms. Also, maybe a rough estimate on an independent shop or at least the book time. I have a 98.5 SVT.

Thanks....

The design sucks on post 98.5s, but hey, the whole A-arm, with new bushing and ball joint, was 48$ canadian...

At some point, there was some talk about getting some poly bushings to slide into post 98.5 a-arms. Some british poly bushing maker was working on these...But the above price kinda killed the project in the egg...

My SVT has the pre 98 style. I got lucky and had some good arms around as they were bad.

Ok, I have spent a half an hour at least "searching" for an answer to this rear control arm "poly bushings" install.
No luck.
Here are some pics that correlate with what I am refering to.
PLEASE some tell me and those with the same questions which arms the bushing go in. They are the Energy Suspension set from SP motorsports.
