Everything that's missing in the first picture isn't quite bolted down yet on the second, so she looks a bit lopsided.. The rest of the parts that are missing in the second pic are all waiting to be put back together - The right fender, the lights, etc.. And the hood looks silly 'cause we haven't got a proper battery for her yet - We're using a wrong-size battery that's too tall to fit.

Other than that.. We have one more mission. The front windshield. We don't know if we should put it in ourselves, save money, and be completely frustrated.. Or if we should have it done, spend money, and sip iced tea while someone else gets frustrated by it. What do you guys think?

I'd recommend having someone else do it, that way with warranty you're guaranteed against frustrating leaks...

A DIY install of a windshield is do-able. It basically involves handling the windshield carefully (have three people available to lift and install it without breaking it), and using contractor's string to pull the inner edge of the rubber into place. I don't know about the east coast, but here in CA it is pretty cheap to have a new windshield installed (about $150 parts and labor). I recommend a pro install, if it is affordable in your area.
