Unless Kim Jong Il goes nuts and attacks our interests, we've little recourse outside of keeping up UN-pressure and holding pissing matches with China on reining them in.

It's not the same RISK as Iraq, though it involves some of the same threats.



There's also another problem with north korea.. they already have WMDs capable of hitting us (supposedly). I wouldn't really mind if they took out california, but I'm sure alot of other people would. I'm sure Bush wants north korea out too, and I'm pretty sure that's why he's pushing for the missile shield.

Anyways.. whoever said something about you not liking our invasion because of the *assumption* that they had something without evidence.. there's a problem with that. They were supposed to prove they didn't have them anymore, not the other way around. That was one of the original conditions for us leaving Saddam in power after the first gulf war. We had every right to go in.
