Oh good lord...using your "logic", we should have invaded North Korea (who, BTW, has already tested and developed long range missles, and could acquire both nuclear capability and inter-continental capability a lot quicker than Iraq) a long time ago. Ask any Defense Specialist or Military Analyst on who's the bigger threat between the 2..and then ask them for some time-lines on possible offensive actions between the two, and I think you'll find that NK wins that little debate by a large margarin.
