We have to find a HELL of a lot more than just one shell. It was only a matter of time that a piece or two popped up; no, there are TONS of stuff that are still unaccounted for and those missing agents are one of the main reasons behind our invasion.

Sarin is most definitely classified as a WMD. It's a nerve agent and when aerosoled over a wide area can cause LARGE number of casualties. It, along with a large cache of VX and anthrax constitute the bulk of missing WMD in Iraq as reported by the UN and various other intelligence agencies...

Think the Tokyo subway attack a while back. It was a Sarin attack and there was close to a 6,000 casualties, though deaths stayed rather low.
