they will still be stubborn and say there was still no reason that we should be in Iraq. I still support the president and don't care what anybody else says. And I support the troops and my brothers who are over there fighting.

Just playing devil's advocate, I don't remember anyone claiming that there were no WMD's in Iraq - just that the evidence given at the time was not enough to justify the attack. If Powell had held up one of these bombs with proof it was recently made, there probably wouldn't have been as much dissent.

Liberals don't claim that Iraq didn't have chemical weapons. We know Iraq had them because we gave them to him 20 years ago.
Liberals (and some Conservatives) don't like that we were working on the assumption that Iraq still had them. They don't like that purported "evidence" was over-exaggerated or just flat-out assumptions proved incorrect later.
Also, Sarin gas is not considered to be a WMD.

Sarin is not considered a WMD? This is news to me, if its true... Yes, the big mouth liberals DID say that Iraq didn't have them, they have come out like the drones they are, and beat the words "see I told you there were no weapons so why are we in there?" into our heads
The proof was all over the place, 300,000 Iraqi's dead from chemical weapons thanks to Saddam should be proof enough for anyone with common sense. But clearly, as sigma's post shows, there will be some people in this country that are so blinded by their hatred of Bush that even now that we HAVE THE PROOF, they will still try to twist their own words, twist the definition of a WMD to not include sarin nerve gas, etc...

Umm, i think we just proved them correct? If I am reading the like I posted to be correct, we HAVE FOUND these WMD's that Iraq never had???
I swear, some people want to see a signed agreement between Osama and Saddam saying that they will help each other kill the U.S. Or they want Saddam to come out and say that he had WMD's this whole time! But even then, some people with thier dire hatred of Bush will still try to say he was lying!!!!

We have to find a HELL of a lot more than just one shell. It was only a matter of time that a piece or two popped up; no, there are TONS of stuff that are still unaccounted for and those missing agents are one of the main reasons behind our invasion.
Sarin is most definitely classified as a WMD. It's a nerve agent and when aerosoled over a wide area can cause LARGE number of casualties. It, along with a large cache of VX and anthrax constitute the bulk of missing WMD in Iraq as reported by the UN and various other intelligence agencies...
Think the Tokyo subway attack a while back. It was a Sarin attack and there was close to a 6,000 casualties, though deaths stayed rather low.

Fox News just came on with a special report saying that there was just another briefing just announced that we have found MUSTARD GAS 2 weeks ago in another artiallry shell... Guess the evidence is starting to come together now, huh??? But no, Saddam was a nice guy that did so much good for this world, I think he deserves a nobel peace prize for his efforts.
People, take the blinders off already. Saddam was a danger to his people, the world, and most importantly the U.S.! His hatred of us has no limits, and he would do anything he could to get at us. How long were we going to wait? Should we have waited until he developed an ICBM that could reach the U.S.? Should we wait until we saw the smoke comming from the bunker the ICBM was being launched out of? Or should we have waited until the missle hit us, and he took responsibility for it (because we all know even that wouldn't be enough evidence for some people)?
