1. Bring in your bulb and make sure what you get matches. If you have the stock fogs you should be able to use the little finder thingy in the parts stores to find the correct bulbs (I think they cover fogs also)
3. Depends. Do you go out and cruise around looking cool in your car or do you enjoy how the car performs ? Looks up the difference between sprung and unsprung weight and remember that wheels are unsprung weight. Pointers : Wheel FAQ
