Hey I had the same problem.....the bank 1 02 sensor is on it's way out
, the code should tell you if it's sensor 1 or 2, but if your car has 80K or more on it it's a good idea to replace the 02 sensors anyway. Are the plugs original fords?, and the air box shouldn't have anything to do with it as the computer would adjust according to the air flow.
