Ive gotten my 99 stock SVT up to 135, then cars crept up in front of my like crazy so I had to start braking.

135mph @ 5200 rpm, Redline @ 6500 in sunny Scotland, tells me the speedometer is not very accurate or the Rev counter is shot. I had only just run the car in 1250m on the clock. Handled sweet !!!

Had mine up to 135 coming home to the cities from Duluth. An Olds Alero was riding my tail in the right lane so off I went, and then sensibility set back in and I backed off, but yeah...she had more in her.

I've only hit 100 without much complaint, which I don't think is bad for an unmodified 4 cyl automatic. She could have gone a bit more, but I wouldn't have had time to slow down before I ran into the traffic in front of me.
Maybe someday I'll taunt the governor.
