Well you did the big nono when it comes to suspensions,"cut the springs". Bad moved, when you first cut it, you weakend and over time the extra stress and load place on the spring has problay caused it to sag. But most importantly, since you claim to have had the alignment performed several times, than surley the technician or you would have noticed a excessive negative camber issue.Post a copy of your sheet, I will diag it for you. Another thing to look at is the SAI angle, if there not close to equal on either side, you may have bent something. Take a look at that sheet or better post it. That will best determin the problem
