Hi,
Looks like we're in the same boat. I have a pair of SE Skirts and I'm trying to mount them without the factory hardware. Trying to see if someone will post a pick of the bracket so I can try to fab one up myself.
As for painting, I'm having it done for about $200 CAD as my car is already in the shop for some other work.
