Why wouldn't you want to use the ford stuff??????

A lot of people are still using the Ford Honey, or the Synthetic with friction modifier.

Its still good to use.

Other than that, I can only reconmend RedLine, but since you can;t find it thats a problem for you.

IM not familar with the other brnads out there.

But the Ford stuff IMO has been good to me.

Enter MTL into the keyword search box (not the Summit part # box).

If you want Redline MTL trans fluid go to www.myoilshop.com they have it for $7.00 a quart. I just ordered 3 quarts for like $26 after shipping. I ordered it Monday and it was at my place thursday.

I used chrysler ATF +3 and my MTX-75 seems to like it so far. I picked that stuff up at the NAPA for $3.50 a quart or something like that.

just put in NAPA's valvoline Chrysler ATF + 3 .... it was just OKAY. the old fluid coming out was almost completely brown and reallllly stunk, so i figured the fresh (and new type of) fluid would help a lot more than it id. I think ill be ordering Redline within the next 5,000 miles ...

When I first put in Chrysler ATF 3, the shifter moved so smoothly, that I thought the linkage had become disengaged. That was probably 30K miles ago. It still shifts fine, but I've gotten used to it, so it doesn't seem special anymore.

After that many miles the ATF is all burned up and not lubricating and we know not protecting like it should.

Change it!
