I don't know much about nitros or mods for Hondas, but I had a certain incident with a Civic (which at least looked completely stock - no pointless ground effects etc.) that I choose to blame on nitros.
I was on I-84 in Hartford CT when a kid in a Civic started riding my ass through traffic. I was already doing 85, so I put it in 4th and floored it. Right as I did, I heard a very loud noise coming from the Civic behind (I could hear it with the windows closed at 85 mph!) and we took off, probably hitting a top speed of 125. He was actually riding my ass through the corners at about 115 (I wasn't concentrating on the speedo) and he finally passed my when I got stuck in traffic and he decided to utilize the break-down lane (with a minivan on one side and a cement barrier on the other). Needless to say, I let him go.
Anyways, he could at least keep up with me if not rail the **** out of me, and it looked stock!
