I have a question about blown engines, when you blow an engine I have noticed that the Pistons/rods are screwed and so is the oil pan, and im assuming the crankshaft is screwed up to. So if those parts were replaced, would that engine run again?

no! and if you replace the entire engine that wont work either. pete, what are you going to do with this blown engine? paperweight?

It looks from my angle like the wrist pin ripped from the piston from inertial force. How high were the rpms when it went? Was it an over rev?
