I can't think of a single Honda engine today that has a redline below 6500. I have to agree with the others. Just hush.

though my opinion here is basicly meaningless because of my fealings on the topic... i would recomend going with a new honda accord, great reviews great user ratings high resell value... comfortable and 4 door... im 21 no wife no kids but i know the value held in honda's.... that or buy another contour

Been there, done that twice. Good, competent cars but the snooze factor on the Accord increases with each generation. Soon they'll have all the soul of Toyota, which is to say none. My brother in law has an '03 Accord V6 coupe. Sure, it's faster than my CSVT by a bunch and pretty comfortable inside, but it doesn't speak to me in the way that even my '96 Accord 4-cyl 5-speed did.

btw i take back what i said the 4 cylinder is not worth the metal it is made out of... brand new one 100 miles off the lot same day it was bought... guees what my little old contour jumpstarted yesterday
