I use Amsoil 0W-30. I change the Amsoil filter every 10k and the oil every 20k.

Hmmmm, I was just talking to a friend at lunch who just drove an RX-7 R2 up from Florida. He just bought it from a guy who has some other sweet cars (Supra TT, Skyline) but I digress. The guy told him NOT to run synthetic. In fact, it also states in the manual specifically not to use it. Something to do with how a rotary engine runs.

Otherwise you're dumping $$ into your oil pan. I use Royal Purple 5W-30. Mail ordered , it's really no more expensive than Mobil 1. It probably has nothing over Mobil 1, but having the oil delivered is convenient.

I use Mobil One 10W-30, and that's because I have leak and 5W-30 comes out way too fast!
