these style headlights, where do I get them, how do I make them, whatever it takes I want them.

Searching Quads in pics and videos will probably provide better results then Morettes. Searching SW will provide *some* helpful info if you look for my posts. Dion, IIRC, is in CA, Swazo is in SW as well.

Milan built the ones in the pic that is posted. Others have built their own sets for their 98+ cars. Dion and Swazo come to mind right off hand. Both took different routes to come up with a comparable product.

Coming from one who has built his own (pre-98), study up on what you are going to be doing. It seems like a daunting job when you first start, but if you learn from others mistakes and take your time, the results can be quite rewarding. When assembling them, you must be very exacting in your measurements. Leaking problems with the 98+ style lamps can happen, 1º of rotation off when the housings are placed will provide a great impact on your down the road pattern as well.

Talk to the others if you are going to try to build some. Also check out http://faq.auto.light.tripod.com/. There are plenty of people there with knowledge from many different types of cars, all are quite helpful. You can pick up the lamps assemblies from Susquehanna MotorSports, P.U.M.A. or eBay (serch Hella 90mm). I have delt with both Susquehanna and PUMA, both are quite helpful and the prices are reasonable.

Dont expect this project to be inexpensive. If you use your housings, you are still looking at over $200 in new lamp assemblies to put into them, not counting tools, adhesives, paints, sealants, etc. The project can get even more expensive if you add matching foglamps, xenon, etc. My project, with the matching foglamps, xenon, LEDs, etc, is approaching $1000 now and I am not finished. I still need some more body work, paint, a second xenon setup, nickel plating and the list goes on.

I believe Milan sold his setups with lowbeam only xenon for around $1000-1200. Someone will correct me if I am mistaken.

those are the "hightower" headlights....there basically a painted casing (black) with projectors installed..not the easiest thing to do.....mainly cuz no one is too fond of ripping apart their headlights

Hightower headlights were the OEM reflectors with the unused sections of the lamps being painted. The lamps in question are Milan's Quads, though one could say that he did perform the Hightower headlight mod.

Though Milan probably did it this way to hide some of the manufacturing scratches.

I saw them on this one and onther it the pics and vids section on a guy who wrecked his tour, (sorry man glad the kids are alright) so they are there somewhere

I'm ok, the kids are ok and yes, the headlights were ok too and the car is being fixed. Most of the damage was to underneath the car, not the body Those headlights are Milans personal lights, complete with 6000K HIDs and halos. They are NOT Hightower lights, but have that blackened effect like Chris used to do to people lights. IMO if you combine Milans lights with painted grill ring (black) and CF hood its the best lookin' frontend for a CSVT IMO
