After the meet on Saturday Andy and I headed back to school. I knew of a great twistie road that was along the way so we decided to head that route. At first the road is flat and straight which is great for driving "very quickly" followed by some rollar coaster hills and then swoops into some of the curviest S turns I have ever driven.

All of which was planned but what was not was the fact that I was still driving on the snow tires because my Enkei's were delayed in shipping and not coming til Monday. Needless to say they arent the best handeling tires to be driving on and those turns did not treat them well.

Below are some pics, mostly of the 3 wheel "trick" Andy mentioned in the other post.

Basically what happened is I took the turn slightly faster than I obviously should have and the back end let loose, after unsuccessfully regaining control of the car I landed inthe ditch inches away from a boulber and between two trees! The above pics are from after I reversed out as far as I could before getting stuck. You can see the tire tracks in the last pic. I am damn lucky that nothing happen to me, my car or anyone else and that I had friends with that could push me out of the ditch! Thanks Andy!

I thought I would throw in this sexy shot of our rides that was taken after I caught my breath

Now to find something to clean those stains on the seat...
