you know, your right. Man! there have been so many people posting in the past, thinking this was there problem, their false symptoms sort of got stuck in my head.

As for the bang shifting, you should be able to easily resolve that with a new Turbine Speed Sensor. It mounts right on the side of the trannys pump assy. Turn your wheels hard left, then get out and take a look at your transmission. See that big circle, that is your pump houseing cover. You should see one sensor in something like the 10 or 11 o'clock position. That is the turbine speed sensor.

This may also help with your other issue as well, but I would still want to change that fluid as soon as can.
