Good luck in getting that from most of the world and many people here Stateside with the media coverage this is getting. I've seen many people stereotype the military's role in this and ignore the fact that it's maybe at most .0005% of the total military population in Iraq that's doing this crap to the standard "rank and file" prisoners.

Psyops is getting some of the blame and then, of course, the CIA gets brought up in the whole blame-game. Regardless of who told them to do what, I still believe that most of these people knew that what they were doing wasn't right by any stretch of the imagination, even if they were "following orders".

I doubt their higher-ups were telling them to rape prisoners with flashlights and the like, though.
