They're not "willing to settle this like adults" (I'm not even sure what that means) so you advocate the military-equivalent of running home to Mommy and nuke the entire region?
i do not think that you understand yet, i do not support nuclear assault on anybody. when i said "settle this like adults" i meant something like my cousin and i do. we have never been able to get along. in fact we don't even try to now that we are both adults. we just agree to be civil. no more, no less. i do not rub his nose in the fact that he is a bafoon and an idiot and he does not remind me continually that i come off as arrogent towards him and peace reigns throughout the region. something like that. not we don't like you or what those few people did over there so we are going to kill this totally innocent guy over here. revenge would be killing those responsible not someone or some people who are totally innocent.
