"pesky fall out" is a blatantly rediculous statement designed to demonstrate what level of retaliation is required to make the terrorist (or whatever they want to call themselves) back off. i do not support nuking anybody because of things like fall out hence "pesky fall out". infact, if they were willing to settle this like adults i would be all for that. unfortunately this is not the case and more severe methods are required.
