It appears your rotors may be warped, or your drums are out of round.
There is a test you cando to find out which is causing the shaking.
Go to a parking or a not busy road and get going about 20 or so, now not hard but not to soft pull up the e-brake only, but keep your foot on the brake pedal, if you felt the pulsation then your drums are out of round, if you didnt fell it your rotors are warped.
My car is at school today, warped rotors, $55, plus $20 for pads.
