the clock works, and so do all the other electronics. then again the clock, radio, and windshield wipers dont have much of anything to do with the ECU. Bad idea with the screwdriver in a plug wire...you can fry the coil doing that. i did take one of the plug wires out and put a plug in it to see if i was getting any spark...and i had nothing...can the crank position sensor go bad?...i'd imagine that it could, but i dont think that it's a common problem with the 2.5L duratec.
