Hey, anyone know what would cause the duratec to not fire. Just a breif summary, the car has been sitting for a few months while i was deciding whether or not to swap out an engine but i ended up just changing out the lower bearings. So to make a long story short, i have it all back together, and i hook up the jumper cables to it. the engine cranks over, but no ka-boom...not a single sputter even. so i check the fuses, they're all fine. i check the fuel...im gettin fuel....i double check the fuses and all the connections that have anything to do with the ignition. i also went ahead and checked the ignition coil's resistance across the contacts. i got reading between .48 and .53 ohms. which is within spec. i even put one of my other coils on and a different set of plugs, and still nothing....i dont think that im getting power to my coil...so if you have any intelligent guesses as to why its turning but not burning...?? i would appreciate it
