I can't tell from the pics, are the vents actually functional or is the hood more of a for show piece? I really like the hood, but for me to justify buying one it has to be functional.

well it functioned well in getting me to sh*T my pants! thats nice fellas...very nice. im kinda glad now that i had to get some furniture about a month ago when i almost impulse bought the oem. its my birthday in 2 weeks...hmmm

the 3rd picture shows the opening in the back which allows the engine bay to breathe a little easier. that's the functional part. the top cowl is not functional but you could very easily cut into it and open it up if you like.
we don't want to hijack this thread so we'll start up a new thread just for the cowl hood.
