hop in the car, and drive for a while take her a few states out on a nice camping trip or something, dont tell her anything just tell her to get a few days off of whatever and leave... 2 benifits, 1 she thinks you really care (im not saying you dont) and 2 you get to drive 
my fiance tried this exact thing with the girl he was with before me.
Needless to say, it didn't help their relationship, she never changed, and now he's with me.
