Well, this may be a harsh reality check, but if she is like this for no apparent reason right now.. then you might as well leave it or get used to it.
I don't know how long this relationship has gone on, or how this all started. But If what I said above is true in your case then my words come from experience. I dated a girl for nearly 5 years. Why so long? because I was a dumbass. I didnt realize how badly I had it, and how good I could get it. I finally got tired of the 23/7 of bitching and left. Yes I said 23/7 because hey, she had to sleep sometime.
Needless to say I met the girl of my dreams shortly after. Have been dating for over 2 1/2 years and have never had a fight. She's cheerful 24/7 (she even smiles in her sleep). I think back and want to kick myself in the ass for wasting 5 years of my life with the ex. But I treat it as a cruel learning experience because it really makes me apreciate the woman I'm marrying in June.
So my advice is that you already know it's not working out, Go find what you really deserve.
