No way do you have remove anything to get to the rear plugs (apart from the plug wires). It's a very simple operation with a ratchet, plug socket and extensions (maybe a universal, but I've never needed one).

I do believe you need to remove the coil pack to gain access to the rear plugs. Easy, 4 bolts, a plug and your done smile

I do my plugs without taking anything off the back. I use a wobble extension and it gets to that nasty one on the end. The biggest problem I had was getting the plug wire off because the last time I did a plug change I didn't use any grease on the boots.

I got a set of Magnacors. Had trouble with keeping secured on the plugs. Would work fine for a day or so, then one would come loose and engine would start loosing power. Tried to crimp em down a little tighter and (oops) I messed up one of the wires. I guess I could order the one wire to replace it, but decided to go with the Ford wires. I just got the Ford wires today, been on back order for a couple of weeks. In comparing them to the Magnacors, the sparkplug boots on the Ford wires are much more flexible adn softer material than the Mag.s. This should help keep them down on the plugs.

FYI: Part# for Blue Ford Wires is:
M-12259-C625 List price is 49.95
If you want red change the "C" to "R"
yellow change the "C" to "Y"

man you peopple must have lots of money to burn.. i mean magnecors are expensive as hell, and they dont even give you any performance increase (they wont ever) they are only spark plug wires, i say save the 1-200$ (or whatever) and but a real performance part (go buy some taylors, you will get the same "performance")

I have the FMS wires....I like them alot. I also have Bosch +4s. I did have Taylor wires, but decided to upgrade to FMS wires. If you do order the Taylor wires, be careful, when I first got mine, some of the wires didn't even make contact with the plugs. FMS are guarenteed to work.
