I just wish the aftermarket manufacturers would made their stereos easy to use. The factory stereos from the domestic manufacturers can be figured out without an owners manual. The aftermarket stereos are far too complex for my tastes, and too much emphasis is put on 'glitz' rather than sound quality. I wish the manufacturers would go back to the basic design of one knob for volume and one knob for tuning. As far as I'm concerned, the stock stereo in the Contour is too cluttered with unneeded buttons and functions, and aftermarket units are even worse. I don't want a video show just to listen to the news and weather.
