Anyways - the 'ol claims of top speed are just that - claims - until measured. And not with another car - what does that prove? The only fact from that scenario is that one will be faster. By how fast it passes - another shot in the dark.

I guess I'm still confused. Are you calling me a liar or aren't you? Based on gearing, I can't be
too far from the indicated speed. Are you saying my speedometr is off by almost 20mph? Are you also saying I can't tell the difference between 5mph and 20mph? You seem very amiable so I'll keep it civil. But this is almost insulting my intelligence.
