Once you complete your image hit "ALT + Print Screen" key. Open Paint and paste the picture in there. If you need to you may cut the picture to size and then save as a .jpg. Then you may find a hosting service to upload your pic.
Here is mine I did a long time ago...still the same though. Kinda small because I use it as an avatar:
