Sorry but I have to share this: I had this K&N I had gotten from a crashed BMW and I tried to install it and it sounded OK but on Saturday I bought the proper size K&N for the contour V6 Duratec (which is like twice the size of the bmw's) and then I took the car 300 kms to my country house and it SCREAMS. I love the sound!!!
Now I have to give the car back to my dad and stop dreaming it is mine
...but one day... one day it shall be mine, including that marvelous K&N, yessiiirrr.
P.S. Do I need to reset the ECU to get the most out of this filter or will it adapt to the changes naturally?
