It has been done before. Basically you need to swap intake manifolds and injectors from the old engine and look carefull at whatever else may be a little different. You should be able to use the new exhaust manifolds but the 2nd set of oxygen sensors will serve no purpose on the 95 OBD I system.
If you do a search you can find the posts of at least one who has gone before. Unless you want to try to modify the new lower intake manifold to operate with vacuum secondariew (doable, but a bit of a hassle) you will have a desireable lower intake available for sale.
