Well we got the car not too long ago, however around February, I needed an oil change, and had been at school. So my dad took the car to a local oil shop and got it changed. Anyways, yesterday, I went under the car and tried to budge the drain plug out, however my ratchet kept slipping. It seems that the oil place guy chewed out the bolt. Any suggestions on how to get this thing off?
Also, where could I go to pick up a new plug? Thanks
