I agree, i should not have come back here once i got away. Oh well that is a different story. The state environmental board has even said that it isn't cars that are the cause of baton rouge's problem it is the industries but there is an environmental group that has been lobbying the government to use the gas which almost everyone admits won't reduse the ozone levels by even 1%
