Oh yeah forgot that part. Several years of dirt. Thing is, the car hasn't been driven for over 1 month and no water could reach the spot I found, and the dirt I pulled out was WET!!!!

Oh man I was so relieved to get rid of it. I VERY strongly suggest you take the less than 20 minute job of removing the liner, the foam, and the bottom fender bolt.... this one

Nice work Cris'pus, I'll do that tomorrow or later this week. No body rust anywhere, with the exception of it starting in the drain holes under the trunk lid. I've been lucky. But who knows what I'll find once I take a look inside beneath the liner

Here's the shocker find so far. PLEASE do this do your Contique! Do NOT forget to spray wheel wells when washing, altho this wouldn't reach all the dirt I found....

Doesn't look like much????

Think again...After unbolting this ¼-panel This made one heaping handful of dirt and somehow a feather

And the Left (and obviously because this one spins more but I bought the car with all those rock chips )

This and whatever fell out when I unbolted the ¼-panel equalled to a 2 handed heaping handful of dirt (and I dont have teeny hands)

i have rust starting under the removeable weatherstrip at the bottom of the drivers side window (the one that slides under the mirror). also on the rear doors, but a dremel, rubbing alcohol and touch up paint took care of that FTTB.

Check with Dealer. You either have to replace whole flap or get new (plastic I'm assuming) rivets. I didn't have flaps so I don't know. Search under "mud flap" or "splash guard". I'm sure someone has put them on a car that didn't have them and would know if the rivets are replaceable.
