Agreed...the cobra has way more potential than the GT. I'v seen it first had.

Did you guys read my post 672hp out of a 2v in a GT
yeah with just a blower......please 672 out of a 2v
that will not last long at all. 2v is much harder to pull horse power from!
Cobra respond so good to just a few mods.
I will bet if you put that much effort in to the
cobra motor you have a bit more than 672..
dollar for dollar the cobra is much much better than the gt.

Ever Heard of True Blue performance? They built the first ford (mustang) modular motor in the 7's or 8's can't remember. RayWee was their motor guy.
You need to PM RayWee. He just got done building a 2V and Dynoed at 672hp. He is a Mustang god. He owns 3 now.

Never said it was cheaper. Never said it was easier. But peple think that you can't make power out of a 2V. That is all I was stating. Also Never said it was streetable.

I bought a v6 2003 last month, so what people say why not get a gt.... same [censored] w/ gt why not get a cobra...maybe they dont want to spend the $$ on the cobra.. hell i just turned 23 and i got a v6 stang of cours if i had $$ i would go for gt or cobra freakn gas is $2 a gallon.... bottom line is his gt stang is beter than his svt and my v6 stang is way better than my 99 zetec contour... and there nice looking fun 2 drive and cheap i paid 12000 for an 03 w/ 15000 miles form the ford dealership..

I am on your side you bought a cool car I just don't see the point of spending extra $$$$ when you can go buy it off the showroom floor. Cobras have better resale...handle better, brake better and respond so well to SIMPLE MODS. I am happy you have one $h!t man I don't. I have a 93 5.0 cv that I put a mountain of money in.
