hey pimpalicious, you bought your car from weinle, thats like a min away from my house, what part of cinci do you live in?

couldn't any GLX's locally...so ahd to travel to cinci to get one...well worth it though!

yep. 25:1 mixture of regular gas to 2 stroke oil...once the engine is broken in, 50:1 ratio is used.

I got to see a couple of those in NY this weekend. They're pretty cool looking. My jaw dropped when I was rolling with my dad down the street and one was keeping up right next to us.

These are the larger pocket bikes right? I've seen two sizes and normally the ones with the headlights & full fairings are the larger style.

What is the brand name of these and can ou post the engine specs? 47cc or 49cc?

I was able to remove the front vr6 badge and the dealership front plate and the pinstripe. also added the brow (way too much glass on the windshield IMO). we had just peeled my buddy's brow off to do another...his is 2 inches wider than mine...and black of course lol.

and yes, that is a type R graphic on my new bike...i'm a closet ricer, but respect my jetta a bit too much to bastardize it...so the bike will suffice.

soCal must be the land of the ripoff...i was talking to a neighbor i saw tooling around the hood..scuse me...community on one and he said he and a buddy picked up 3 for and got them for like $700/ea

said he got one for his kids but its still a little much for them so far so he was riding it

those things were popular a few yrs ago...any reason for the resurgence now????
