I was looking at the Trubendz exhaust for my 2000 SVT and noticed that you have three choices for mufflers: Borla, Magnaflow, and Flowmaster. I have heard all three of these mufflers but I was wondering if anybody could give me their insight on which sounds the loudest and the best. Thanks. You can check out these exhaust systems at Trubendz.com

Do a search on Magnalfow, Borla, and Flowmaster and see which one has the most favorable posts. FYI, my Trubendz sports Magnaflow, but, hey its whatever you want buddy...

Magnaflows are probably the most aggressive, Borlas are deep and mellow, flowmasters sound like ass on a v6(plus they are baffled/louvered )

Magnaflow or DynoMax.
If they don't offer Dynomax anymore (that sucks!) then I guess there is only one choice.

It was not broke; Yet I fixed it anyway.

I've got the Bassani Cat back and didn't care much for it until I got mad one day and ripped the resonators out of the pipes. Now it's just wrong how nice this car sounds. The only way I can describe it is that it sounds like a seriously "tuned" exhaust. Not a bolted on fart cannon that most of us hear/see on rice. It is simmilar to the burble that my Cobra had yet it's tighter - like a V8 only faster spinning.

They no longer offer Dynomax, but if you want it, they can still get it. I got an aluminized system with the Dynomax, I had to pay the Borla price. You may have to wait a little longer for the Dynomax though as they have to order from their supplier for those.

I have a Borla Muffler and Magnaflow Resonators.. I plan to eventually gut the resonators like many other people. Borla, as far as I know, besides Flowmasters on the V8's.. is the best sounding versus the best performance setup. Performance wise, well, I like it. Is it the best? I don't know! Just my two cents..

I don't have it on yet actually. The big bad rust monster has given me fits with the stock fasteners breaking or stripping. Hopefully by this weekend I'll have it on, and I'll be sure and post.
