6-7 hours? You must be awesome - it took me probably 10 days of work at like 2 hours per day. Do you have a lift and power tools and a torch?
IIRC it took me 2-3 hours just to get my shift rod disconnected, spent another 1-2 hours on a rounded tranny bolt, another hour on a tie rod end bolt that froze up. Then with 3 of us it was like 1 hour just to get the tranny back up and in, and them maybe another hour to put the subframe back up by myself...
