Oh, what a load. This is a case of relatively young troops in a situation where they've got the power and apparently, the time, and they were doing dumb stuff that really, they should have known not to do. And their superiors should have been more aware of it and/or stopping it before it got to be the big joke that the grunts thought it was. There's plenty of discipline to be handed out, but don't pretend like those kids were playing stupid games with these prisoners because they were TOLD to.
