Steve did that last night, actually (along with putting the first coat of Zaino on her for this year)! She's all purdy now...and as smooth as a baby's bottom!

Thats why she looked so sweet when I saw Steve drivin' on my way home from work today..............

Didn't even see you today! Where did you see me, in Hooksett or on the highway?

I did see Doug on the way in to work this morning though! He didn't see me though!

The first time I clayed my car, the bar almost totally disintegrated.
After some searching on here, I realized I wasn't using the correct proportion of solution to spray n clay (too much water in the solution)
I found the zaino paperwork that said exactly what to do, and the next time I clayed it was fine.
Is that what happened to you too?

well, shows how much I know about clay barring. I always thought that the bar stayed clean and slowly disappeared as you treat the paint, kinda like a pencil eraser does.

If your clay bar looked bad after doing your car I might need 2 bars for my car. I haven't washed my car since the meet at Elky's and it hasn't been waxed since it was at the body shop getting fixed after my neighbor backed into it in October.

I've probably waxed the car myself all of 2 times since I bought it about 3 years ago.
