The rear sway bar is considered to be essential mod for improving the handling of your car. It's even considered so important that in SOLOII racing the installation of a rear sway bar moves you up a class. So, do this one first. The rear strut tower bar keeps the rear of the car from flexing. This helps improve handling by allowing you suspension to so it's job and not having body flex become a suspension member. If your trying to decide which to do first do the rear sway bar, you'll notice that. Then the rear strut tower bar, then the front strut tower bar.
